Service
MailSink provides temporary email inboxes via API for software testing and AI agent workflows. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
Acceptable use
You may use MailSink for:
- Automated testing (CI/CD, QA, integration tests)
- AI agent email verification workflows
- Development and staging environments
You may not use MailSink for:
- Spam, phishing, or fraud
- Creating fake accounts on third-party services for malicious purposes
- Any activity that violates applicable law
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Data retention
Inbox data is automatically deleted when the TTL expires. We reserve the right to delete data from free-tier accounts that have been inactive for 90 days.
Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Paid plans include email support for service issues.
Shared domains
Free-tier shared domains may be blocked by some services. This is a known limitation, not a defect. For guaranteed deliverability, use BYOD (Pro plan and above).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
